Positive experience. We have them come out for inspection and sweep. The gentleman was nice and helpful. They took photos of the exterior and interior of the chimney to show us the condition. Everything was emailed to is. He even gave us a quote for the work we would need. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable in the work that they do.

Quote and scheduling easy. Honored competitor coupon. Sent reminder. Showed up on time. Very professional and thorough. Inspection and recommendations sent via email. Will use them again.

Clean Sweep is clear in communication, quotes, and scheduling. We had leaking at ceiling near fireplace that I was pretty sure due to cracked bricks and crown, possibly flashing on 30+ year old chimney. Schedule inspection. Crew explained problems with chimney clearly. Scheduled cleaning and repair. On day of appointment, crew was punctual and clear in what they would do that day. Work completed as promised, on time. Work looks good and no sign of leaks in the weeks since repairs. Crew cleaned up after themselves outside and were polite.

I have a second fireplace and chimney that we rarely use and is not showing secondary issues such as leaking, yet. But Clean Sweep checked it and said it has same issues with cracks and wear which was apparent to me as well. I'll be using Clean Sweep for repairs on this chimney in the next year or so and for yearly regular cleanings/inspection.

Excellent service. Technicians were professional & on time. The report I received was detailed with pictures & explanations. It's the most thorough cleaning/inspection we have ever received. I am only giving it 4 stars (would have done 4.5 but couldn't) as we received a written quote for work to be done & it seems very high. I will need to get multiple quotes to compare pricing for the work to be done. Overall, I was very happy with the service from start to finish. Excellent workmanship & customer service. I highly recommend.

Very professional staff! Very easy to set up the appointment, got a reminder call the day before and 30 min before their arrival. They arrived on time and were very nice and professional. They explained everything along the way, cleaned up, took pictures and reviewed the service with me at the end. I would definitely recommend to others!

I contacted Clean Sweep to clean my chimney. They were prompt with callbacks, VERY accomodating to my schedule, and were great with communicating what was going on. On the day scheduled, TJ showed up on time. Admittedly, I thought it was going to be a little interesting, but TJ was SO DANG friendly!!! He was incredibly professional, quick, and did a really good job. He explained everything to me and did his thing. I even got an email with a whole bunch of pictures that will be really helpful in the future!

Outstanding results and engaged customer service. I would recommend to anyone. I had to have a chimney cap replaced and this was the first place I called. They immediately returned my call, scheduled an appointment, and had a team out in a couple of days. The team even showed up when they said they would. The inspection team was professional and even took their shoes off to come into the house. They inspected the chimney, took pictures, and sent them to us for review. This made me feel confident in the fact that they were telling the truth about the extent of the damage. They wrapped the chimney to protect it from the elements while we decided whether we wanted to proceed with the job. The owners stayed in constant contact throughout the process, and kept asking about our level of satisfaction. In the end, we decided to have a new cap installed. This is a custom job so it took about two weeks to fabricate. The company rolled the initial cost of inspection and protection efforts into the final cost. Keep in mind these are specialized services and they can be expensive, but the owners make sure the job is done correctly. I even got a thank you card a few days after the job was done. In the end, I think they made a "clean sweep" of the competition.

Clean Sweep made the appointment setting very easy online, as well as over the phone. I was sent several emails saying someone tried to call but couldn't confirm my appointment, and I didn't receive any calls. I replied each time confirming my information, however, I wasn't contacted prior to their arrival as requested. Not a big deal, however, Ryan & Willis were very courteous & informative. They arrived on time, dressed professionally and did a great job in less than 1.5 hours. Everything was reviewed and explained to me by Ryan, pictures were taken, and they didn't make a mess. I feel they take pride in their work and are concerned with customer satisfaction and I would certainly use them again.

Very good customer service, came when expected, very professional, very clean, and reviewed the service both in person and with a followup e-mail afterwards. One very minor disappointment was that they did not clean the fireplace doors, but he may have been reluctant to because one of them was already loose, a defect that he did review with me. Overall, I was very pleased with their service.

I would not use this company. We had them look at a chimney that had not been cleaned in a number of years at a home we recently had purchased. Long story short, they wanted to charge us over $3000 to clean the chimney and inspect it. They claimed they needed to tarp off the interior of the house to ensure the dust didn't go everywhere. The chimney is very tall and it was very dirty so I do give them that. However we called a number of companies that came over and again wanted to charge very high rates the clean and inspect but all payed a different angle to get to the high price. End of day we used Stove Dr. They were very professional, rented a lift to conduct the cleaning, spent 4 hours cleaning the 25 gallons of ash and charged us under $700. No tarps needed and there was NO dust anywhere.
